Virtual Fitness Class Schedule
Saturdays at 9 am
Join us! Each fitness exercise class is accessible to all fitness levels and lasts for 1 hour. The certified instructors will demonstrate variations of each exercise and encourage participants to work at their own fitness level from beginner to advanced. Come one, come ALL!
